Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how Marauder Merchandise ("we," "us," or "our") processes and ships orders placed through maraudermerchandise.com.

1. Order Processing

We aim to ship orders that are not flagged as preorders within 48 hours after the order has been processed. This is a target we work toward, not a guaranteed timeframe; processing may take longer for custom, large, or high-volume orders. Production time for custom orders is described in our Custom Printing & Decoration Terms.

2. Shipping Methods and Costs

Shipping options and costs are calculated and shown at checkout based on your destination and the items ordered. Any delivery dates or transit times offered by carriers are estimates only.

3. Delivery Times

Delivery transit times vary by destination, carrier, and the shipping method selected, and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for carrier delays once an order has shipped.

4. Delays and Your Right to Cancel

If we cannot ship your order within the time stated or, if no time was stated, within 30 days of receiving your order, we will notify you. You may then agree to the new shipping date or cancel the affected items for a full refund.

5. Shipping Address

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, and reshipment may incur additional charges.

6. Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss pass to you when your order is handed to the carrier. If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us at orders@maraudermerchandise.com and we will help you with a carrier claim or an appropriate remedy under our Returns & Refunds Policy.

7. Preorders

Items sold as preorders ship on or after the estimated availability date shown for the item. If an order contains both preorder and in-stock items, we may ship them together or separately at our discretion.
